Unexpected? It's a mission to Mars. If they live longer than a week, THAT would be very unexpected. There is no way we can realistically expect anyone to live longer than a few months in the absolute best case scenarios.

Even if we could conceive a baby on Mars, it would never survive and be able to mature. Not within the next 50 years anyways. We are just way too far from that.

Dude, everyone WILL die. This is a guarantee. Anyone who goes to "live" on Mars will not live another year. This is virtually guaranteed. There is no realistic plan that could see these people living for more than a few months in the best case scenarios.

Couple of months at best. People acting like years are even a remote possibility are insane. Suffering a few weeks is likely, a few months would be fantastic, a few years is simply fantasy.
