Even though I disagree with essentially all of your policy positions, as an early-thirty something individual myself who's extremely interested in politics, what do you think needs to be done to get more millenials running for federal office? Our founding fathers were mostly less than 40 years old, while the average congressman today is near 60. Regardless of your political beliefs, diversity of age in congress is a good thing. What do you think needs to happen?

I had family members immigrate to the United States legally. It took years to get all of the family members over here, but they did things the right way. I think it's extremely hard for them to empathize with your situation, when they followed the rules and you didn't.

What would you say to convince them otherwise?

He entirely misses the point on student loan debt, he hasn't stated much of an opinion on healthcare except that he's in favor of the ACA (which I don't see how any rational person can actual say), Bush's second biggest failure in office was making k-12 education a federal matter and this guy doubles down on that, and he plays the "class warfare" gimmick when talking about tax (even to the point of using his grandmother as an example for political points.)

If he's actually serious about government efficiency, I could get behind that.

But... college aid and taxes are based on net, not gross....
