I had Lasik on both eyes about 10 years ago. Last week I had PRK on one eye. Does that eye still have a flap?

That's still way better than what's in the US.

They eventually get desperate enough to jump. Terminal velocity for a cat is low enough that a fall from any height isn't fatal. They can still break a leg though.
