As someone who is, as you say below, somewhat sensitive to the rudeness of strangers - how do you want to be treated by strangers? What can people who want to be nice to others do to make you comfortable around them?

You've advocated here for activism. As someone who used to be vocal and present at protests, with what we know now about the surveillance state that's being implemented I'm now frankly scared for my safety and my privacy if my name is connected to civil disobedience. How can the average person feel secure speaking out when they will likely be profiled and possibly punished by authorities?

Good luck dude! People like yourself who confront life death and reality upfront like this are very inspiring to me. While I am healthy, when I was a kid I never wanted to go to bed, in college I was always late leaving the party and similarly the thought that creeps in of a quiet and unnecessary early exit of life scares the shit out of me. I find the fortitude and inner strength of individuals like yourself fascinating, and by reading accounts like yours I feel a little bit of that fear chip away each time. Hopefully I won't need to deal with this for a long time but just want to state that sharing your story you may be helping someone down the road on their own path. May your journey be fulfilling dude.
