Thats just promethazine. It should be very common and available. But, there is no way it's better than zofran- that shit is a nauseau eliminator. Promethazine also will really make you drowsy, so unless that's what is desired at the time, zofran is way better for nausea.

Hydroxyzine is a antihistamine very similar to promethazine- and it's usually easy to get. Probably the best antihistamine for sleep. Also, my favorite for travel sickness is cinnarizine- but it's not available is the US where I live so I pick it up where it is available in other countries when traveling.
