Hello Dr. Siegel, it is my understanding that public health England is pro vaping as a harm.reduction tool for smokers trying to quit.
Are they not facing losing money from cigarette sales like we are here in the US? No MSA money or UK equivalent of it?
Or is it because the cost of smoking related illnesses outway any money they get from cigarette sales?
