It's weird how often random people get offended at South Park episodes then you get reports from members of the community they were portraying saying "actually...that was way better than anything you fucks have ever done in movies or TV...", isn't it.

On that note, how did you feel about that South Park episode?

My doctor has dwarfism and underwent a similar procedure when she was a young woman. She complains often of pain now - has the procedure been improved upon much since then? Do you experience pain or stiffness as a result of the surgery?
