Just got back from London. It always surprised me how the trains always lined up with the doors on the platform. Is that system automated?

They actually do! On the make line there’s a screen with all of the pizzas we have to make. Your thank you will pop up with a sound near the bottom in a scrolling green banner.

Not OP and left managing a dominos quite a few years back but my take is that nothing in the dough has changed. Usually lower quality pizzas are due to the manager not proofing the dough before making it. When you make a pizza with cold / under-proofed dough it comes out flatter and more tasteless.

Best way to tell is when you pick up a slice look at the bread layer from the side. If it’s fluffy with air pockets it’s going to taste the best. If it’s just a gel line it wasn’t proofed enough and is going to taste meh.
