What is your opinion on the cannabis social club model currently taking place in Spain?

Would you allow medical users like myself to sustain ourselves and grow our own medicine if we are able to , or grow (as a caregiver) for other medical users that are not in the same position. Still regulated of course but just without licensing fees that exclude anyone but the monied from being able to start producing legally.
