It depicts a naked man's lower region - slight hair and average looking uncircumcised mostly erect penis. The kicker is the guy put 2 plastic toy eyeballs in his foreskin so it looks like his penis has eyes.

That is actually a cool mechanism. Hope people don't complain about it.
