I work for a small local restaurant and we hate it when Postmates calls orders: they have no clue what the customers want, aren't familiar with our menu, and we already provide delivery so they're taking money out of our employees pockets. In fact, they once cancelled one of their customers orders because when they called it in to us because they didn't know what kind of salad dressing they wanted, and asked for a large Coke when we have one size, and Pepsi products. When faced with these challenges, the person from Postmates said "we'll just tell the customer you didn't have what they wanted."

After I saw the video and started checking out the website and saw the easiest way to help is to donate money. But I thought to myself, how do I get a job doing this? Doing something productive and helping fellow man like you guys do is something I could see myself doing. Thanks for answering!
