I remember a few year ago this huge guy yelling at me for selling him a shitty router, he bought it 6 months ago and I only just started a month ago. But he wanted to fight with me. He was so fucking mad at me. Called me names an said I was a pencil pusher and he could take me (I had a blue Mohawk at the tine and I don't look like a pencil pusher)

My manager was there and didn't do anything ... That jerk...

Anyways, I let him rant for about 5 minutes or more. I then explain him that he didn't need to convince me to help him because I wanted to help. My legs where shaking for a few seconds but I manage to get control of it. I tested his router and it worked fine.

"You're lying blablabla" Ok so it's not working at your house, right? He said no. And I ask a few questions and saw that his modem worked downstairs but not upstairs or in the basement. Sold him a n network router on sale and send him on his way.

He then hugged me and apologize with a tear in his eye.

It could have went really really bad. Did that mention he looked like a body builder?
