Can we get better review of the AMAs to make sure we aren't letting this kind of stuff through? A few weeks ago there was the guy who was going to use every data science buzzword to stop school shootings without an actual clue as to how and now we have this where there is no actual plan except for "get other people to math and science a thing I want credit for".

It is one thing to want to solve a problem. Everyone has an idea. It is the convergence of idea and capability that matters. I have an idea for free airplanes that run on dreams and desires, but it is basically worthless. Can we stop treating ideas as the value themselves and start looking at the people looking for these AMAs as to whether or not there is actual potential there instead of looking for others to build their dream or as a marketing platform?

I knew this was BS the instant I saw "AI" with no actual explanation of "tech do the things durhur". This again is nothing and I'm getting tired of it. People like this introduce extra noise into a system where real solutions can occur but those people that can do them can't be heard over the din of this bullshit. Shut up, go away, you are actually doing harm to progress.

CEO of start up? Check.

Using "AI" as little more than a marketing buzz word? Check.

MBA without any real field of pre-existing knowledge or experience to apply it to? Check.

Unsubscribe. This isn't a real thing, this is a marketing effort disguised as buzz word and feels.

I don't think dehumanizing means what you think it means. Impersonal, maybe, but let's get away from the hyperbole. My initial reaction based on what you've written is that there is a non-zero chance you said antagonistic things to get attention, got the attention, and now are using that attention to get more attention, but not for a public service or making awareness, but to continue to get more attention. Please accept your 15 minutes and move on.

I also don't agree that we all have violent thoughts on a level that make empathizing with a shooter the most effective way to address it. I think if you were saying that you did have thoughts at the level of fantasy and thought, concern is merited.

So what are you suggesting and why do you think there is a solution in those spaces? What knowledge do you all actually have that suggest these efforts are at all being guided toward an economically and scientifically viable solution? You are just trying to create a market place to profit off of hopefully someone else's solutions. It is unethical and talentless. I am so tired of this style of unskilled, ignorant entrepreneurialism.

How much data exploration did you do to identify potential relationships? Why did you opt for your model to be a neural network over a regression or classification?
