What are your thoughts on how threatening North Korea truly is to the world?

I'm a college senior from a prestigious school, have a good resume, and want to become a marketer. I've been applying to startups, but they want somebody who has been out of school for a couple of years. What advice would you give me in order to break into the startup scene? Unpaid internships aren't an option, I need to afford my living costs (rent/food/travel), and I live in NYC currently.

Thanks! I currently am volunteering for a startup, but it seems like they might be one that fails (they are very disorganized, don't have any direction), so when I graduate I'll follow your advice.

How often do you go hiking? Any photos of great views you've seen from hiking?

I completely agree with you. However, I also do not fit into their culture. It's a great experience for now, but I don't want it to continue after my graduation.
