What is the most interesting thing a fan has ever given you at a con?

Could you explain some of the life expectancy reductions associated with the disorder? Is the lower number due to age averages including suicides or does being on the various medications affect it?

I feel like the wild west was when EVERYTHING was basically unverified and anonymous behind usernames. Filesharing everywhere with malware and bait and switch shocksites going crazy.
