Thank you for replying. Usually what happens is I start to flare and call my doctor, they tell me to get to the ER right away, I get there and explain what's going on, and then they decide I'm drug seeking and refuse to treat me. There was one time after I just had major surgery. I had a fever of 104 and couldn't stand up without passing out. They brought me back into the room and let me sit there for 2 hours without doing vitals or anything and told me "you just had surgery. You're going have pain." And sent me home.
