I know that personalization on a true 1:1 level is the holy grail of almost every customer-driven industry, but there isn't a catch-all 100% proven method to insure satisfaction across the board. Is there any concern that the machine-learning will perhaps miss a crucial aspect of a customer's skincare they forgot to input?
