Not lawyer, but have experience on some work HR incidents. Yes it's good idea to keep a record of it in case you want to make official report/case. But be careful cause them finding it or or about it someway might backfire badly. In some cases it could be used against you as "proof" of you conspiring against them. So basically yes it's good idea but make sure the nobody else will be able to access this document and that you write what is actually said, word by word. If you can't remember what was said exactly better skip that incident that risk making your case weaker, cause if proven once that something wasn't said or was said differently, other statements might be taken into question as well.

Do you think western cultures will eventually embrace mindfulness and meditation practice as something normal and necessary parts of daily life? I read that in some place's in UK schools are teaching kids how to meditate, so that's a start. But more religious societies would most likely fight it..
