I have been plagued with migraines since I was a sophomore in highschool (2011) and have not been able to pin down my triggers. We thing they could be anything from stress to drinking red bull. They are extremely inconsistent with timing and triggers, I’m thinking about going to a specialist at this point. What are your thoughts about which type of doctor to see? Should I go straight to a neurologist or should I try to find a specialist? Living in Austin Texas.
