What is the current stance of the UN on China's blatant disregard of Environmental Protection?

What are your feelings on how the world is treating the Syrian refugees? I find that their treatment is absolutely deplorable, and it's mainly because of their religion. I know a lot of amazing people (including my city's EMS Chief) who believe in the prophet Mohammed and follow the peaceful religion that is Islam. Even though I myself am not particularly religious, I have read the three major religion's holy texts, and in every single one, God/Allah/Yahweh says (in one way or another) to treat others as you would want them to treat you, no matter what religion they follow. Correct me if I misunderstood, but didn't the Prophet Mohammed himself condemn the murder of innocents?

Forgive me for my little rant there, but I just had to get that out there. Anyway, that's my question for you. Thank you so much for taking the time our of your undoubtedly busy day to do this AMA.
