He's not "bitching and nagging" at his friends to give organs. What he means is he wants to share his story about how easy it is to set up the process, how relatively simple it is, and the life saving impacts.

I never knew you could just call a hospital up and give a kidney, and I never knew that it was free to the donor. I see no problem with him sharing his story, because of it other people may be saved.

I think you're the insufferable one, you feel the need to comment and bring people down. Just let people be, and chill out.
