As someone who enjoys having low hours of sleep, is there a way to properly balance a sleeping schedule and still sleep about 3-5 hours a night? How can I consistently improve the quality of my sleep if this is at all possible? Thank you very much for your efforts, long hours, and dedication to science and dreamland.
