Followup because I'm genuinely curious - how does that process work? I'd imagine that you must work very closely with the FDA on an almost daily basis to make sure that your business is not strangled by their inspections.

It's not the city that matters. It's proving a point to everyone else that laws such as these are asinine and inhumane.

At what point will it be really really bad?

That honestly sucks that they aren't willing to work more closely with you, but I guess with a small company it probably doesn't compare to some of the larger retailers that also happen to sell exotic foods.
