Is his English really that bad? That is horrible, I wonder if it because he wasn't educated properly or is really just crazy.

Yikes! I broke my back nearly eight years ago. I just wanted to tell you to not stop doing physio! They made me do it everyday for nearly three years and I hated it so I stopped going, and now I have horrible sciatica. Hope your recovery goes well. Oh also: invest in a good bed, you will need it!
