At the time, there wasn't a MegaMan style multi-part end level. Has that been added now?

This is not a question about batteries(Apple said mine is in good condition). But my phone was much better in iOS 10 than it is now with iOS 11. Would jailbreaking allow me to go back without much detriment to my phone? If yes, is it a relatively easy process?
