Do other medical professionals generally support you for weeding out murderers who abuse their profession or grief you for bringing their profession into disrepute?

I don't see any fundamental reason why not.

circles seem to work off the real value of pi rather than an approximation, as an irrational number I'm pretty sure it would require an infinite amount of computing disc space to store and an infinite amount of computing power to work with. Unless the real people simulating us have some unknown technology and mathematics to implement this, that rules out this being a simulation.

Could be someone who thinks that all the countries of the world back safe and secure access to journalists in word only and in deed try to prevent any media that doesn't promote their interests. Or someone who knows alot of journalists use supposed public interest to invade privacy. Or just someone annoyed you wrote as instead of is or by the shouty capitalisation.
Hopefully less terrified?

What happens to them? I believe people used to risk losing their jobs by coming forward when the hospital wanted the case hushed up, I hope this is no longer the case.
