My mom complained about my posture once, decided to fix it. I kinda overdid and now slouching hurts pretty bad.

Find out what makes them go away. Ride a bike, go for a walk or some stuff. When its bad for me, I go to a church or graveyard because those are the most boring places I know. When you go to a place that reminds you of extreme boredom, its easier to piece your shit together because theres less "interesting" stimuli around you. Youll find that your panic attacks just go away when you allow them to. Master your mind, dont be enslaved by it.

The dosage and duration of the drug is usually quite spot on with the stuff so you dont get a comedown of sorts before taking your next dose.

I know the feeling, I usually throw up when Ive got anxiety as well as pretty hc diarrhea. Force yourself to get out, do the exact opposite of what your anxiety tells you to, Ive found to be effective.

Cannabis is normally a photoperiodic plant that has a vegetative growth cycle when days are longer than 12 hours and when they are around 12 hours or less, the plants will flower, giving you the cannabis flower aka buds.
Growers can increase the time that they have their plants in a vegetative state indoors, this is usually done simply by having the growing lights for 18 hours, so as to assure vegetative growth and not flowering. When vegetating for linger, you get bigger plants as they wont grow in size during flower after the initial growth spurt (also called stretch) that happens after switching to a 12 hour photoperiod and during the frost 3-4 weeks after that.
Now, autoflowers skip this whole switch between two photoperiod plants as theyre cannabis plants that grow so far up north that the day never goes below the threshhold needed for flowering before it gets too cold (think Siberia and Finland for example, ever-lasting days during summer that turn very cold quite quickly in the fall). This autoflowering tendency, besides meaning that they can grow further up north also means that they grow faster than normal photoperiod plants but at the same theyre smaller as the summers are shorter (from seed to finish in 3 months or less while photoperiod plants run 4-6 months). This leads to smaller plants that yield less, which is more of a positive when growing in limited spaces but not so good if you have a lot of space where big bushes can stretch their arms.
