Why does my soul feel so bad?

I've had a Dyson DC32 Animal from new. No services and no repairs, and a fairly (if i'm honest) irregularly cleaned filter. It has never lost suction, and I simply cannot find a problem with it other than the roller attachment is starting to vibrate a little, though that isn't much to do with the overal vacuum.

Am I rare? I just don't get the hate. The attachments are fantastic and very convenient, my floors are 50/50 laminate flooring and carpet.

But don't you have any candles?

I wonder if OP realises how they've phrased their title?
