True, I just hear yelling and peg people as assholes for it. But having watched the show I know that assumption is harsh (and makes me an ass). Wouldn't want to work in one of his kitchens since I have sucked in every one I have worked in. I do wish I could get more of his show F' Word in the U.S.

Also, thank you for defending him. It says more about his character than anything I would see on t.v. from him.

Do you actually get any work done? I.e. impart any knowledge on them?

So is he really as big of a dick as he comes off as on tv when you work with him?
