According to wikipedia the black population of Grambling is 97% so i'm guessing the incidents involving black people is pretty damn close to 100%.

Have you ever held a gun?

Just wondering as i imagine there probably has quite a few officers who have never held or dealt with firearms in the UK (outside of training?).
