What can be said for the threat of weaponized Ebola (as in individual carriers entering the USA or other countries with the intention of infecting as many as possible)?

Are there protocols in place/in development for any border security/screening?

Currently the US has a recommendation that individuals present themselves to physicians if they think they may be at-risk, but there is no specific screening in place. That needs to change ASAP
