Thank you for your service. You have no idea how much this topic means to me.

As some of us know, psychiatric abuse was at almost unbelievably grotesque levels in the US and Canada several decades ago with the MKULTRA program.

Do you think this problem is limited strictly to Florida? Do you think there still may be pockets of human experimentation in psychiatry without consent?

I am in agreement that there are too many baseless conspiracies floating around, and I like to stick with the facts most of the time, but as a former conspiracy theorist, are you aware that there have been countless proven conspiracies, sometimes international in scope, lasting years or decades before being exposed, with many, many people involved? This is just how humans behave. They get together to commit a harmful or illegal act, for personal or group gain--the definition of "conspiracy."

There does seem to be a limit to how many people can be involved in a conspiracy before it's exposed, but it's quite a large number. There are also a lot of whistle blowers that are not widely known, which means you can't just assume that because you aren't aware of a whistle blower, that no whistle blower exists.

"For a hoax to persist five years, no more than 2,521 people can be active participants: that is, be aware that the conspiracy exists. To last 25 years, that number drops to 502. And to last a century: 125 people tops."

Here is another interesting one:

Researchers have created a wearable device that can read people’s minds when they use an internal voice, allowing them to control devices and ask queries without speaking.

The device, called AlterEgo, can transcribe words that wearers verbalise internally but do not say out loud, using electrodes attached to the skin.

Since this is public knowledge, we can hypothesize that such technology could be more developed under black projects, maybe even in Russia.

Your inner voice can be read through sensors on the skin. I wonder if such a thing can be done remotely, and if you can "clone" the inner voice, as in make somebody believe their thoughts are something else.

A few similar technologies:

Audio spotlight: an ultrasound device that can direct ultrasound, focused in a beam, that can be heard only when the beam is directed at you. To everyone else, it is silent. This is already being used in grocery stores for advertising: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8HGln6ooGyg

"Voice-to-Skull"

Nonlethal weapon which includes (1) a neuro-electromagnetic device which uses microwave transmission of sound into the skull of persons or animals by way of pulse-modulated microwave radiation; and (2) a silent sound device which can transmit sound into the skull of person or animals. NOTE: The sound modulation may be voice or audio subliminal messages. https://www.wired.com/2008/05/army-removes-pa/

CNN did a really interesting report on these types of weapons back in 1985: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PDMdkSBYI0w

Something to keep in mind regarding crash retrievals: We actually have examples of some of the sophisticated procedures the US government had in place to retrieve and cover up their own crashed experimental aircraft, including manipulation of the media, digging up and sifting the entire site, making people sign NDAs, and even sprinkling small pieces of fake wreckage in the area afterward to throw off investigators. https://www.airforcemag.com/article/0701crash/

No doubt if an extraterrestrial wreck has occurred, or something equally strange, they'd go to even greater lengths than this to obfuscate. They absolutely must make mistakes once in a while though. No agency is perfect.
