Can the FBI even investigate a 40 year old allegation where both parties were minors?

I think hiding the shooters identity is a first and important step to trying to pretend this doesn’t happen with an alarming regularity.

Thoughts? Or just prayers?

Do you feel the community was treated reasonably fairly in the documentary?

Are those skeleton dudes insane?

To me it's just the 'face first? Really?' aspect.

It also seems like it would be harder to control the sled that way.
