And - this is the big question - just HOW do you get to the supervisor? Usually the caller id is a bogus number or the number never gets answered. Usually impossible to get the name of the company so you can't research the company to find contact numbers to complain. When you ask the caller to please connect you with the operator the call is usually disconnected before you can finish asking.

I'm curious about the different breeds you're seeing in the midwest? Where I live in Georgia, most, if not all the dogs in shelters are large breeds - and the majority are pit bull mixes.

Why are metal fillings and crowns covered by insurance but not the ceramic/white ones? It seems like the ceramic/white ones are easier and look better.
