I had orthoscopic surgery when I was 18, they took most of the cartilage because it was damaged by basketball and arthritis. I have been to a few specialists and they have said knee replacement is really the only thing, but that needs to be 25-30 years down the road. Just wondering if going low weight higher rep would help (still painful the next day but not as bad)...kind of at a loss right now.

Mike I have 2 questions...

  1. I have extremely bad knees but don't want to fall behind on legs. What do you recommend doing to keep the stress off of knees. (P.S. Squats are fine during the workout, but the next day is brutal)
  2. I train first thing in the morning and I read your articles about BCAA's. Is legion going to make a BCAA with the focus of fasted trainging?
