In relation to my previous questions, is the world of "hacking" or "hackers" a small world that you get to know which group are doing what? Like its a relatively secret society but small enough you know who this person is by reputation?

Don't know if this is an idiotic question but did you ever give yourself a hacker "pseudo name?" like an identity that the cyber world know you from? Also, are you by chance slightly famous on the cyber world?
