The physical copy of the Bronies Documentary had an extras disc that actually goes into a fair amount of detail on that in an extended interview, if I recall. I don't think it's a great documentary, but the almost 90 minute interview with Lauren is quite eye-opening.

As someone who recently had a short stint in the industry, the wages are low enough to not be worth it for the stress it puts on you. Without a fair amount of experience, you won't get much.
