I showered like 3 times total on my first deployment to Afghanistan that was about 7 months. It was awful but I at least got to change FROG gear and socks.

Sometimes choice sometimes too busy.. I couldve rinsed with water bottles more but with the heat in that country you're dripping with sweat ten seconds later so I just didn't think the waste of water was worth it. I'd rather drink it. Lol
