He regrets not doing the research to understand the implications. Basically he didn't realize the trap he fell in until it was too late. The school also never fully explained that credits are nontransferable and they used sales-like tactics to reel in students. Some of the few reasons they are no longer in business. Not saying he didn't make a terrible decision, but under his particular circumstances I can see how it could happen.

My bf attended a non accredited college which has since closed after he graduated. His loans are private, cosigned and absolutely ruling his life. What types of steps would you suggest he take to look into loan forgiveness ? I know some people sue the institution for an unsatisfactory education. Is that what you mean? I have already done some research on this but have not found much detailed information.

Are you in the U.S.? If you are, I would be curious about approximate cost of the procedures.

I've always been curious about turbinate reduction since I tend to have a lot of sinus pain most of the year.
