She is the product of foster and group homes, with absolutely no common sense or even the most rudimentary parenting skills. Add drug abuse to the mix and the results speak for themselves. I make no excuses for Shelby, but where's the accountability for her current boyfriend? This man is almost twice her age and a known meth addict. He knowingly got her hooked on the needle and took advantage of her naivety and passive nature to keep her subservient to him in their relationship. She's incompetent and pitiful and I am disgusted by what happened, but ********** needs to pay for his involvement as well."
