First I would like to say thank you for doing an AMA. I'm a 3rd year Mech Student and I have taken a lot away from this already.

What would you say was your biggest hurdle right after graduation and how did you overcome it?

Thank you so much. I constantly fear that I don't know what I'm doing and it's nice to be to see that other engineers can attest that there is still so much to learn.

I just finished my first internship this summer for a construction company and it opened my eyes to a lot of how bigger businesses work. I'll admit I'm excited about the money but I got to witness first hand how awesome it is to be a part of something bigger than you.
