What resources would you recommend for an autistic adult with C-PTSD, who's suffering the first burnout they've been able to recognize as such?

(Preferably those with a minimal cost if any, I can't get employment to save my life and don't qualify for SSI anymore.)

Isn't it screwed up that Ukrainians seem to care more about the Russian dead than Putin does? I mean, you're giving them back to their families...isn't it horrifying to think he doesn't care about anyone else?

Also, is it confirmed Putin has blood cancer? We heard about that in America...have your intelligence units been able to confirm it?
