Hi guys, thanks a lot for this AMA! I have a question from a user standpoint:

Are you deliberately trying to piss me off with Lync's incomprehensible and not intuitive interface?

On that note having to force it shut down to reboot my workstation every time is just the icing on the the cake.

/edit oh so I'm not the only one? The fucker freezes every single time I reboot.
