So forum temp bans actually come with an in-game mute. Do you guys work with the forums guys/are you the same as the forum guys?

I always knew this was the answer. For so long the answer was always that authenticator was safer somehow. I always just saw it as easier for the customer support team. (I know I had to appeal to get JAG off after a year off.)
