A broken clock that occasionally gives the right time is still a broken clock. Listen dude i don't think you understand the problem. Health care workers -by their very nature- are mostly good people. The administration has issues. Its real and there's easy enough evidence all over the news you don't need me to explain that.

What VA? Is a big center or outpatient? Does it have a university attached to it? My VA is going to get called out soon just like Phoenix and the others. You may have a great VA but understand they are not all the same. My VA will make appointments immediately and not send out appointment cards and then cancel.They won't show up on myhealthvet. They will show up on the ebenefits exams calendar of all places. When you call to ask why you weren't informed of a missed appointment you can get a new one A MONTH later. Imagine if you have something non ER like a bladder infection or a sore molar or heart palpitations or a non emergency cancer scare and you have to wait - an appointment comes and goes mysteriously the first 2 weeks THEN you have to wait over a MONTH! 6-8 weeks with bladder pain or a molar ache or something that will eventually send you to the ER after weeks of agony while your local VA gets a BONUS for all the appointments including the one you MISSED!

Looking back what should you have done differently? Did you live close to a big VA hospital or one of those outpatient places? When you "knew" something was wrong and they were not responding did they say "calm down" you have "issues"? Or did they take months to get you appointments and believe you? Could you tell your story in more detail around this time you knew something was wrong and what you could have done differently looking back
