Interesting! What do you help the members of parliament with?

Hey, I'm not OP, but this is also something I struggled with a lot. And the thing that really helped was practice (and also filming myself whilst being on stage). And a great place to practice is Toastmasters.

It has been mentioned earlier, but I'll say it again. Toastmasters (a worldwide non-profit organisation) is really good. There are TM clubs all over the world in almost every major city. Usually the members of each club have a meeting per week where they train their public speaking/presentation skills. In these meetings there is usually also an improvised session (called table topics in TM), which can really help if you have problems answering questions on the spot. It really helped me.
