Guac is the best food in the entire world, if done properly. As long as they have plenty of lime juice and a freezer fridge, they will be fine.

The only way they could really prevent the guacamole from going bad is to mix it up, then dish out little plastic cups of that green goodness, so people can put it on themselves. That way, it won't sit in a preheated taco for hours.

If you eat warm guacamole, you're gonna have a bad time.
