True fact: Our internal compliance standards are high above industry average too, so it's a little extra shielded. The G700 series works fine with many USB Micro cables as well. The one that comes with Kindles, for example, is extremely light and flexible (and it's what I used on my G700 for a couple months when I lost the original cable).
