Asa nurse, what are some things I can ask to accurately assess and evaluate a pt’s headache/migraine? I usually ask location, intensity, character, accompanying signs like auras, & have them rate the pain at its best and worst.

How can you possibly have founded MSF? If you are 20, it was founded 20 years before you were born! I read about it in high school.

I just looked up the Ebola proof tablets and it says tech volunteers developed it-you aren't mentioned anywhere in the first 4 articles I read.

I'm out on Nantucket and we recently had an occasion where a paraplegic man had to crawl out of his seat, down the aisle, down the stairs and across the tarmac because the airline screwed up, didn't know what they were doing and no one would try to transfer him. I was mortified and sick when I found out. Our hospital's literally 10 min away-you think someone would have called a nurse or something.

This is a good point to emphasize. If you are denied coverage or reimbursement in the future, keep reapplying. My brother is in insurance and he tells me many times the company will deny coverage based on the slightest pretext. If you persevere and show that you aren't going away, many times they will then cover it.

Oh dang! My husband picked that up from a public hot tub. It settled in his hip, destroyed his hip joint and he had to undergo a hip replacement.

My questions are: did the man who hit you find out about the BKA? If so, what was his reaction? What took his attention off the road?

Last but not least, did you have good nurses? As an RN I hope the answer is yes.
