You know what was cool? Giving away a bunch of liquor, soda, and cigars to the Iraqis near Saddam's palace at the airport and seeing them sell it, along with bricks of hash, on the MSRs.

And yeah, it was all Western. George Dickel, Jim Beam, Hennesy, Crown Royal, and lots of bottles of Mexican Coke.

I cant imagine how heartbreaking that was for you. We didn't find out about our son's kidneys until after he was born. We knew he had spina bifida and hydrocephaly, but when they told us about the brain and kidneys we lost all hope. It has been a hard recovery for both of us.

Thank you for sharing your story, I hope this helps raise awareness about these kind of birth conditions. You are helping make something good out of this.

We lost our son to VACTERL syndrome not long after he was born. We had no way of knowing the extent of his condition until after he was born. I hope you and your wife have found a measure of comfort. Losing a child is a pain that never leaves your heart. Were you and your wife aware of her condition before birth? If so, how was it caught? Were you able to set up caregiving measure before her birth?

It was the device they used on us in basic training for vaccinations. It didn't use a needle, instead it used compressed air to inject the vaccine. I remember it well because sometimes people would faint during the process and be injured by the device.

Serious question, how many Waco's are you willing to perpetrate to prevent some El Paso's. How many mothers holding their babies are you willing to snipe to have almost no chance of stopping a criminal, who repeatedly called the FBI with rants, and ended up illegally obtaining a gun, from shooting at some Texas State Troopers who failed to respond to him and allow him to get away and commit more murders, from going on a rampage? Do you think that maybe the FBI could possibly be an ineffective law enforcement agency? Do you think our state troopers could use better training in responding to shooters? Do you think people who call the FBI on a whim should maybe be put under surveillance by the FBI? Do you think maybe these crazy people SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO ROAM FREE?
